Homemade Baby Wipes
You will need:
Container with seal air tight lid
1/2 roll of Bounty paper towels
1 Tablespoons of baby oil
2 Tablespoons of baby bath
2 Cups of water
Instructions:
Cut the roll of paper towels in half. Remove cardboard center. Mix liquid ingredients, pour on top of paper towels, and pull first towel up.
Each roll of towels makes 2 containers of wipes.
Bounty towels seem to work best. If you let the wipes sit a while, they will absorb the liquid.
Here Are A few Differant Ones Take Your Pick!
PEDIALYTE SUBSTITUTE
1/2 tsp. table salt
1/4 tsp. salt substitute
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 T. granulated sugar
Mix all in 1 liter of boiled water.
Feed 1 liter daily to supplement the regular nutrition of a baby six months or older with severe diarrhea.
Homemade Electrolyte Solution
Here is a recipe for homemade Pedialyte. It is very important for babies and children not to become dehydrated when they're sick! Use instead of juice or milk for diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. This will not aggravate a sick tummy.
2 quarts water
1-teaspoon baking soda
1-teaspoon salt
7 Tablespoons sugar
1 packet Sugar-Free Kool-Aid
1/2-teaspoon salt substitute
The salt substitute and Kool-Aid are optional. Store in the refrigerator. Be creative; use your special Kool-Aid to make ice cubes so it will stay cool in their bottle or sippy-cup. Or, insert toothpicks into your ice cubes before freezing and make homemade popsicles.
Homemade Pedialyte
1/2 c. dry infant rice cereal
2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
You can add a partial packet of presweetened Kool-Aid or a couple tablespoons of honey.
Homemade Pedialyte
3 cups boiling water
1 tablespoon clear Karo Syrup
Pinch baking soda
1 teaspoon lemon juice Mix thoroughly.
Pedialyte Substitute
1/2 tsp. table salt
1/4 tsp. salt substitute
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. granulated white sugar or honey
Mix all in 1 liter of boiled water.
I know this last one is like the frist one, but it states that you could also use honey instead of sugar! ENJOY!
JUST MAKE SURE YOU DON'T GIVE HONEY TO A BABY UNDER ONE YEAR OLD
